1. Determine which properties you are interested in. Please do not
disturb the current residents!
2. Contact Kandis at klindgren@son-rise.net
to get your name on the "priority list", get copies of all
relevant document - applications, holding deposit, rental agreement, etc.
and make an appointment to see the house.
3. Tour the properties you are interested after making an appointment.
4. Turn in completed applications (only one group at a time can have
applications in on a property).
5. After your applications are accepted you will have 48 hours to pay the
"holding fee".
