1. Determine which properties you are interested in. Please do not
disturb the current residents!
2. Contact Derek at

to get your name on the "priority list", get copies of all
relevant document - applications, holding deposit, rental agreement, etc.
and make an appointment to see the house.
3. Tour the properties you are interested after making an appointment.
4. Turn in completed applications and completed holding deposit form
along with application fees and holding deposit.
